Our First Responders work predominantly at smaller community and sporting events to provide basic first aid and support to allow these events to run efficiently. These staff members hold a minimum of a certificate in Provide First Aid (HLTAID011).
Our Advanced Responders work most at higher-risk community and sporting events, both solo and alongside healthcare professionals to deliver effective care. These staff members hold a minimum of certificates in Occupational First Aid Skill Set (HLTSS00068) as well as Provide emergency care for suspected spinal injury (PUAEME007) and Provide pain management (PUAEME008).
Our registered paramedics work seamlessly at high-risk and highly complex sporting events to provide a high level of care to ensure the safety and care of all those involved. These staff members hold a minimum of AHPRA registration as Paramedics post the completion of a Bachelor of Paramedicine.
Our registered nurse specialises in the prehospital environment and works fluently alongside other staff as well as solo to ensure the best prehospital care for patients is achieved. These staff members hold a minimum of AHPRA registration as Nurses post the completion of a Bachelor of Nursing.
Our experienced intensive care paramedics are a crucial part of our team at high-risk events as they provide extensive care to critical patients to ensure they receive the best possible care. These staff members hold a minimum of AHPRA registration as Paramedics post the completion of a Bachelor of Paramedicine, as well as further qualifications in intensive care.
We have numerous operational team members who work alongside our clinical staff at both events and behind the scenes that ensure all aspects of our company operate smoothly. These staff members have extensive experience in management roles and hold specific qualifications directly linked to their individualised roles.
Director
Diploma of Emergency Healthcare and Cert IV Government Investigation, with over 10 years’ experience in organising and overseeing the ongoings of event medical companies as well as working in the pre-hospital setting, predominantly with trauma patients in Australia and overseas in challenging environments.
Chief Paramedic
Bachelor of Clinical Practice (Paramedics), and Graduate Certificate in Intensive Care, with over 15 years of experience both with a state service and privately, he works predominantly with trauma in some of the most rural and remote areas of Australia.
Operations Manager
Bachelor of Nursing, with over 20 years of nursing experience including as nurse unit manager of Sutherland Hospital Emergency Department. Lorrie has extensive experience with trauma within the hospital setting as well as in pre-hospital and combat situations.
